Academic Health Programs

The University of Alaska and other organizations within Alaska continue to expand their training programs for allied health careers. In some cases, courses are offered through distance delivery.

If you decide to enter into a health career for which there is no program within the state, you can still gain a strong background here in Alaska by taking the basic coursework and fulfilling general education requirements needed for admission into health training programs outside of Alaska.
