The Harvey Samuelsen Scholarship Trust provides financial aid to BBEDC residents earning degrees at accredited colleges and universities on a full-time basis. The College Development Fund supports BBEDC residents earning college degrees on a part time basis from the University of Alaska Fairbanks Bristol Bay Campus or via distance delivery through the University of Alaska system. (Bristol Bay CDQ communities include: Aleknagik, Clarks Point, Dillingham, Egegik, Ekuk, Ekwok, King Salmon, Levelock, Manokotak, Naknek, Pilot Point, Port Heiden, Portage Creek, South Naknek, Togiak, Twin Hills, Ugashik.)
