Summer CRCD Health Academy
THe Summer CRCD Health Academy is intended to give high school students from rural Alaska a first-hand introduction to careers in both Allied health and Behavioral Health. It involves three weeks of combined intense classroom instruction coupled with hands on training in Emergency Trauma Training (ETT) and firefighting preparedness with the Aniak Dragonslayers. Students have the opportunity to earn up to 5 college credits. The 2010 Academy will be offered in Galena.
