ANTHC Internships and Scholarships
Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) Internships and Scholarships
The ANTHC Education and Development Office offers grants, scholarships, and internships to encourage Alaska Native and American Indian students to enter into the healthcare field and to provide work experience in a range of medical professions and support services including, finance, human resources, health records, computer technology, engineering, maintenance, and housekeeping. ANTHC awards $5000 academic year scholarships in healthcare-related fields to 5 fulltime undergraduate and 5 fulltime graduate students. In addition, ANTHC awards approximately 25 high school and undergraduate students and 5 graduate students a 9-week paid summer internship in the healthcare field during the summer months. Students must be Alaska Native or American Indian and permanent residents of Alaska to be eligible for these programs.
